- Water base charges (everybody in Beach with water on at the street is charged): $19.85 plus $8.22 per 1,000 gallons used (this is determined by the water meter-see more info. about how your water is read in other FAQs).
- Sewer base charge (this is charged to every account in the City of Beach): $17.00 plus $.90 per 1,000 gallons used (this is based on average water usage).
- Garbage charge varies from Residential: $17.00 to Commercial: $45 - $237.55.
- Garbage SC charge (which is a garbage surcharge that is charged to every account to help with landfill labor costs) varies from Residential: $.50 to Commercial: $1.10 - $29.34.
- Example with 4,000 gallons used in a Residential lot: $19.85 + ($8.22 X 4.0) = $52.73 plus $17.00 + ($.90 X 4.0) = $20.60 plus $17.00 plus $.50 = $90.83
