  2. American Legion Auxiliary Unit #5

    Mission: In the spirit of service, not self, the mission of the American Legion Auxiliary is to support The American Legion and to honor the sacrifice of those who serve by enhancing the lives of our veterans, military, and their families, both at home and abroad.

    For God and Country, we advocate for veterans, educate our citizens, mentor youth, and promote patriotism, good citizenship, peace and security.

    Membership in the Auxiliary is limited to women who have direct personal conection with service in World Wars I and II, Korean or Vietnam War, or conflicts in Lebanon, Grenada, Panama or Operation Desert Shield/Storm/Gulf War/War on Terrorism.

    Payment of dues in the local Unit, a member also contributes to the support of the Department and the National Organization.

    Meetings: First Friday of every month at 5 PM at the Harley Salzman American Legion Post #5 (281 E Main St.) in Beach, ND.

  3. Beach Buccaneer Booster Club

    The BBC is a nonprofit entity to provide additional financial, moral, and emotional support for youth involved in sports and activities, which foster learning life skills necessary to be successful in our society and work.

    Membership

    1. Any responsible individual, high school age and older, is eligible for club membership.
    2. Club members must complete a membership form.
    3. Honorary members include high school students and volunteers.

    Meetings: First Wednesday of every month at 5:30 PM at Beach High School in the Commons area.

  4. Beach Food Pantry

    Located in the back of Prairie West Development Foundation (55 1st St. SE)

    Open Wednesdays: 1-3 PM

  8. Golden Valley County Garden Club

    The Golden Valley County Garden Club was established June 16, 1936 and has been in service to the communities of Golden Valley County ever since.  As members we “pledge as a resident of Golden Valley County, to preserve, protect, and improve our natural resources and to share knowledge and talents as we strive to make our environment more beautiful.” The Garden Club beautifies our cities by planting and maintaining flower beds and pots around Beach and contributes to the flower gardens of Sentinel Butte and Golva through the annual spring plant sale.  We donate trees to local parks and support Home on the Range and the Golden Valley Historical Society as well.

  9. GVC Fair Association

    The Golden Valley County Fair Association is a group of individuals appointed by the County Commissioners to Organize, and conduct the annual County Fair. We are always looking for individuals who have new fresh ideas and willing hands to join us!

  10. Golden Valley County FFA Alumni

    GVC FFA Alumni chapter was established in 2023 to support the revitalized and growing FFA chapter at Beach High School. 

    The Alumni Chapter is a 501(c)(3) entity. Your financial donation could potentially be tax-deductible (consult your tax advisor).

    Support the next generation of LEADERS through FFA and agriculture education in Golden Valley County. By:

    • Become a member of the alumni chapter
    • Donate time volunteering at scheduled events or speaking in the classroom
    • Donate an item for door prize or raffle
    • Memorial gifts
    • Grain donation at local elevators
    • Livestock sales from local sale barns
    • $75 donation to purchase needed FFA jackets 
    • Gift in honor of birthday, anniversary or special event
    • Sponsor a specific award given for superior accomplishments (i.e. Star Greenhand, Outstanding Senior, Premier Chapter Leader, Star SAE Startup, Officer Pins, Degree Pins)

  14. Spirit of the West

    About: Spirit of the West (SOTW) is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization formed in 2002 through strategic planning for Beach and the surrounding area. Spirit of the West was created to promote and sustain the Home on the Range rodeo, give local businesses and organizations an opportunity to prosper, and encourage people to visit the area.
