City Hall is open to the public at 6:45. Meetings start at 7PM. As always, meetings are open to the public. If you would like to be on the list to receive an agenda, email your email address to jills@beachnd.com (agendas are only available to be sent via email, we also have a few printed copies at the office).
Mass reminder: All water payments are due on the 21st of the month, unless the 21st falls on a weekend then payments are due on the next business day (EX: September 21st is on a Sunday in 2025 so payments are due on Mon, Sept. 22nd). Payment options: cash (in the office), check (mail to: PO Box 278 or 2 drop boxes), credit card (walk-in, over the phone or online).
Mass reminder: Your water, sewer & garbage bill payments were due yesterday! IF you haven't already submitted your payment, please submit your payment by the second to last business day of the month before 12 noon to avoid a $15 late fee. You can check your balance anytime online with the first 3 letters of the account holder's name and the Web ID (printed on your bill).
