We require any first-time user to come in to City Hall (153 E. Main St.) so we can set up an account. All accounts are asked to prepay for bulk water. The fee is: $15 per 1,000 gallons. Please figure out how many gallons you would like.

Our bulk water station is well water, an air gap or backflow prevention device as well as a 3" connection is needed. Not for use with a garden hose.
Future loads may call 701-872-4103 to add more gallons to the account by paying over the phone. Please have your account # ready. (Only names associated with the account can get the account # if you have lost it).
